You will engage guests, demonstrate products, book appointments for services and events, and contribute to sales goals through knowledgeable, friendly service. The role requires passion for beauty, product knowledge, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Formación

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and retail shrink.
• Ensure that each guest receives exceptional service by greeting and engaging guests, personalizing service, answering questions, informing guests about promotions, and recommending products and/or services.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, exchanges, and assist with on-line orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest experience.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver an unrivaled guest experience while meeting sales goals.
• Stay informed about new and existing products and services to better serve guests.
