Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is seeking an enthusiastic Beauty Advisor to enhance the customer shopping experience. You will guide customers through hair, cosmetics, skin care and nails, acting as the advisor on their beauty journey and benefiting from Sally Beauty’s training and support.

You will help customers by building relationships, recommending products, informing them about promotions, and ensuring accurate transactions while upholding our store standards and values.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors on occasion.
• Legal to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty with customers.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and highlight sales.
• Inform customers about and enroll them in the Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.
• Support varied working schedules to fit needs.
