Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Cosmoprof Sales Associate to create memorable shopping experiences for customers and guide them through beauty product journeys. You will assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails, while gaining product education and growth opportunities.

You will help build loyalty, explain promotions, set up displays, and process transactions, all while upholding Sally Beauty Culture Values and maintaining a welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

Excellent customer service abilities and communication skills.
Ability to promote and explain beauty products effectively.
Willingness to learn about promotions, loyalty programs, and events.

Responsibilities

Build relationships and inspire customer loyalty.
Recommend additional and complementary products.
Inform customers of current promotions and events.
Set up displays and merchandise to highlight sales.
Ensure customers are enrolled in the loyalty program.
Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain a professional store environment and report inventory issues.
