In this full-time, hourly role you’ll stay ahead of trends, demonstrate product knowledge, and work to exceed sales goals while keeping a clean, inviting space.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
• Passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player in a collaborative, goal-oriented, and inclusive environment.
• Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized beauty experiences with tailored consultations and product recommendations that meet each client’s needs.
• Demonstrate product expertise to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey.
• Stay ahead of trends by keeping up with the latest beauty products, techniques, and trends to deliver relevant advice.
• Drive results and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
• Maintain a beautiful space by supporting inventory and merchandising and keeping a welcoming environment.
• Foster inclusivity and teamwork to promote openness and belonging.
• Uphold Sephora standards and help create a safe, enjoyable shopping experience.
