Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor in Seguin, Texas, to create a memorable shopping experience for customers. You’ll assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, offering knowledge from training Sally Beauty provides.

You will enjoy generous product discounts, free samples, and opportunities for growth while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service and guiding customers through current promotions and our loyalty program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business.
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training to support with customer service.
• Can read and explain product labels.
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate our Sally Beauty Culture Values.
