Job summary

Cosmoprof Sales Associate at Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. is responsible for delivering a memorable shopping experience, assisting with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, and acting as the advisor on customers’ beauty journeys.

You will build relationships, inform customers about promotions, enroll them in the loyalty program, set up displays, complete transactions accurately, and uphold Sally Beauty Culture Values while offering flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally on a ladder.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors on occasion.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
