Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1+ years retail sales or customer service preferred.
• Available to meet the scheduling needs of the business.
• Able to communicate clearly with customers, coworkers and management.
• Read and explain product labels; follow directions from Manager.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and merchandise for promotions.
• Inform and enroll customers in the Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and address inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.
• Work schedules vary to meet business needs.
