Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor in Omaha, NE to create a memorable shopping experience for customers. You’ll help with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, using extensive product knowledge learned through Sally Beauty training.

You will build relationships, promote promotions, and guide customers through their beauty journey. The role offers flexible schedules and growth opportunities within a dynamic, beauty-focused team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service preferred.
• Must be available to meet scheduling needs.
• Able to communicate clearly with customers, co-workers and management.
• Ability to apply product knowledge to assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales.
• Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
