Belk, Inc. & Belk eCommerce LLC. is seeking a Cosmetic Beauty Advisor to drive personal sales and deliver exceptional customer service in a dynamic store environment.

You will promote promotions, manage client relationships, and help maintain floor standards while collaborating with store management to hit sales goals. Flexible availability including evenings and weekends is required.

• Retail experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed personal sales per hour goals
• Demonstrate selling skills and customer service excellence
• Execute promotions and events/pre-sells/GWP’s
• Drive sales through clienteling
• Work with store management to optimize business to business
• Achieve assigned $ line goal
• Identify and reduce shrinkage in area
• Maintain floor and stock areas per store standards
• Unpack new merchandise promptly and store deliveries properly
• Set up signage for promotions
• Follow procedures for systems including AIR, counts, markdowns, retickets, inventory control, RTVs
• Maintain Belk uniform dress standards
• Cooperate with associates and management
• Adhere to attendance and policy
• Assist with non-sell duties as assigned
