Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies in Arlington, VA is seeking an in-store Makeup Artist to blend creative and technical makeup skills with passionate customer service, delivering a welcoming, inspirational, and personalised shopping experience.

You will support high-standards visual merchandising, assist with in-store events, and collaborate with a high-performing team. Certification is desirable but amateur experience with strong artistry will be considered; training and development are offered.

Qualifications

• Qualification in make-up artistry or previous retail makeup experience is preferred, but amateurs with strong creative/technical skills will be considered
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment
• Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to interview
