Avolta AG is seeking a Beauty Advisor to inspire customers at Boston Logan International Airport with a complete shopping experience, offering enthusiastic, helpful assistance and product knowledge across fragrance and beauty brands.

The role requires open availability for mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays, with a full-time schedule and on-site work. Competitive compensation includes hourly pay plus commission and career growth opportunities.

• Impeccable customer service skills.
• Previous cashier experience.
• Previous experience working within Beauty and Fragrance.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on the use of fragrances and products (L’Oreal, Estee Lauder, Clarins, Chanel, Dior).
• Provide timely, welcoming, personal, professional, and consistent service to all customers.
• Communicate effectively with customers, fellow employees, and store management.
• Enforce and maintain the highest visual standards, including displays and signage.
• Replenish merchandise and stock on shelves.
• Comply with store, state, and federal regulations.
