Providence Medical Group’s Urology team in Santa Rosa, CA, seeks a full-time, board-certified/board-eligible urologist to provide comprehensive general urology services in Sonoma County. Candidates with interest in female urology and pelvic floor reconstruction are encouraged.

The role offers robust support from three Urologists and three Advanced Practice Clinicians, access to advanced technology, and a generous compensation package with a salary guarantee.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible Urologist with full licensure in California
• Interest in female pelvic medicine and pelvic floor reconstruction encouraged
• Ability to establish and lead a Urodynamics laboratory with APP support

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general urology services at Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital
• Join a team of three full-time urologists and three Advanced Practice Clinicians
• Develop a female pelvic medicine program and an advanced urodynamics lab

Seeking a full-time, board-eligible/board-certified Urologist to provide comprehensive general Urology services in the heart of Sonoma County. The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
