Job summary

CHRISTUS Southeast Texas – St. Elizabeth Surgical Associates in Beaumont, TX seeks a board-certified or board-eligible general surgeon.

The role includes a broad surgical scope with Breast, Thyroid, and Hiatal Hernias as possible focus areas, supported by 4 Da Vinci robots and the Epic EMR. Experience a robust operative schedule, 14 hospital ORs, 8 outpatient suites, and a collaborative team including MAs and schedulers.

Qualifications

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in General Surgery.
• Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Perform ~10 electives per week with 10–20 new clinic patients daily.
• Broad General Surgery with focus on Breast, Thyroid, and Hiatal Hernias.
• Access to 4 Da Vinci Robots and Epic EMR.
• 14 Hospital ORs and 8 Outpatient Surgery suites.
• Dedicated clinic staff including MAs and surgery schedulers.
• Hours: Mon–Thu 8–5, Friday 8–12; 1 clinic day per week.
• Shared ER call with Trauma and private practice surgeons.
