Boston Medical Center (BMC) seeks a BEACON Senior Administrative Coordinator to support a large reproductive health service in a busy ambulatory clinic. Responsible for data collection, scheduling gynecology procedures, training schedulers, and preparing documents and slides.
Works autonomously, prioritizes tasks, and ensures regulatory compliance and timely scheduling across sessions. The role requires collaboration with the OPS manager, medical directors, and other clinic staff.

Works autonomously, sets priorities, and makes independent decisions of a complex nature. Monitors scheduling turnaround time and the GPU/PPU schedule utilization. Provides ongoing special project support to ensure regulatory compliance.
