Qualifications

• Previous serving or customer service experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays—especially during peak summer season
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and carry trays
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for hospitality
• Must meet minimum age requirements for serving alcohol where applicable

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a warm, welcoming manner
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen
• Deliver orders promptly and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
• Upsell menu items, specials, and beverages to enhance the guest experience
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately using a POS system
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining area, and service stations
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow servers to ensure smooth service
