• Preparing food items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Assembling sandwiches and plates efficiently and consistently.
• Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen stations, tools, and storage areas.
• Restocking ingredients and supplies as needed.
• Following food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Coordinating with FOH staff to ensure timely service.
• Managing prep work and maintaining organization during busy hours.
• Assisting with opening/closing duties in the kitchen.
• Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts.
