Shoals Club on Bald Head Island is hiring Food Runners and Server Assistants to join our dining team across multiple concepts from upscale dining to coastal casual. This seasonal role offers a fast-paced summer environment, opportunities to earn strong income, and a vacation-like vibe.

You’ll support service staff, take orders from the kitchen, and help create memorable experiences for members and guests. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is preferred; start pay is $13.00+ tip share,

Qualifications

• No prior food service experience required; open to first-time workers.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to learn, help, and thrive in a fast-paced team setting.
