Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, iced coffees, and specialty beverages.
• Operate commercial espresso machines and coffee grinders.
• Maintain consistent beverage recipes and presentation.
• Properly steam milk and prepare specialty coffee drinks.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked beverage station.
• Monitor inventory and product freshness.
• Assist with taking orders and processing payments.
• Complete opening and closing procedures.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
