Pinky’s on the Beach, part of Avocet Hospitality Group, is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead a high-energy FOH team at Folly Beach. You will drive guest experiences, oversee daily service standards, and guide the team to deliver exceptional food and hospitality in a lively setting.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, scheduling, payroll coordination, inventory management, and maintaining safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the front-of-house team
• Oversee daily restaurant operations and service standards
• Create an exceptional guest experience and resolve concerns professionally
• Hire, train, onboard, and hold team members accountable to company standards; create schedules and manage timekeeping
• Maintain strong communication between FOH, BOH, and management
• Maintain food safety, quality, cleanliness, and service standards
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls
• Monitor budgets, P&L, and overall financial performance
• Promote a positive, team-focused work environment
• Lead by example and jump in wherever needed during busy shifts
• Keep the team focused, organized, and motivated in a high-volume environment
