Job summary

VTrips in Fort Myers Beach, FL is seeking a Warehouse (Housekeeping) Operations Manager to oversee warehouse locations, ensure housekeeping duties meet check-in times, and maintain clean, organized facilities.

You will supervise drivers, packers, and guest experience technicians, analyze vendor performance, onboard cleaning vendors, and collaborate with the Director of Warehouse Operations to forecast goals.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States and pass a background screening.
• Ability to work a variable schedule including weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts.
• Physically able to sit 30%, walk/stand 70%, lift up to 25 lbs, and meet vision requirements.
• Organize, multitask, and problem-solve.

Responsibilities

• Ensure in-house cleans are assigned and completed by check-in time.
• Monitor packing production and laundry truck logistics.
• Manage the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
• Perform bag audits to ensure goals are met.
• Build linen/change tickets in Track.
• Monitor and analyze contractor cleaners and vendors weekly.
• Conduct weekly audits of clean inspections.
• Onboard and evaluate cleaning vendors.
• Approve timesheets, mileage, and PTO.
• Monitor Track on clean types, costs, payouts and profit.
