Job summary

The Ka’anapali Ali’i in Lahaina, HI, seeks a Full-Time Beach & Pool Attendant to deliver friendly, attentive service to homeowners and guests at the resort’s beach and pool areas.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment, coordinating with team members, and supporting guest satisfaction from dawn shifts through late morning. CPR/First Aid certification is required, prior hospitality experience is helpful, and strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification required
• Experience in Recreational or Hospitality industry helpful
• Strong verbal skills with guests in a friendly, courteous manner
• Detail oriented and able to organize tasks efficiently
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Early shift availability starting 6:00am–10:00am

Join us for this incredible opportunity to be part of our team as a Full-Time Beach & Pool Attendant at the Ka'anapali Ali'i located in Lahaina, Hawaii. Hourly Pay Rate: $25.02 ( All new hires shall receive ninety percent (90%) of the applicable wage rate, but not less than the applicable minimum wage, during the first ninety (90) calendar days of employment)

Responsibilities

The Beach & Pool Attendant provides efficient and professional service at the beach and pool to homeowners and guests in a timely, courteous, and accurate manner. All duties and functions are carried out to maintain an environment of teamwork and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Valid CPR and First Aid certification required
• Previous Recreational or Hospitality industry experience helpful
• Must possess strong verbal skills, attending to guests in a friendly, courteous, and diplomatic manner
• Detail-oriented, safety-minded, and able to organize work tasks efficiently
• Ability to work with co-workers as part of a team
• Must work with minimal supervision
• Schedule could start as early as 6:00am, 7:00am, 8:00am, 9:00am, 10:00am
