Job summary

Scream Truck is seeking a proactive operator to manage a single Scream Truck, delivering a premium ice cream experience and leading customer interactions. You will handle routes, events, and day-to-day operations, while meeting revenue goals and supervising co-ops.

This role offers a base salary, commission and rev-share opportunities, paid time off, and optional benefits, with a dynamic startup environment expanding nationally.

Qualifications

• Squeaky clean driving record and ability to safely drive a large vehicle (no CDL required).
• Over 21 years of age (due to driving/insurance restrictions).
• Outgoing, friendly personality, eager to serve customers.
• Available to work with a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Strong work ethic with a “CAN-DO” attitude.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Tech savvy and comfortable using mobile tech for operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations for a single Scream Truck.
• Review revenue goals and supervise other operators (co-ops).
• Ensure food safety and driver safety standards are met.
• Provide exceptional customer service as the brand lead.
• Train and evaluate co-ops, coordinate with Regional Manager.
