Job summary

AOIA in Los Angeles, CA seeks a BE/BC OB/GYN to join a private practice with two physicians and NP support. The role includes 4–4.5 clinical days per week, Monday–Friday hours (7 AM–4 PM) and light 1:3 call.

Expect ~25 deliveries monthly within an established hospital network. The compensation includes base salary with earning potential over $400K, plus a comprehensive benefits package and malpractice coverage.

Qualifications

• Board-certified/eligible OB/GYN (BE/BC) with private practice experience.
• Ability to manage a patient population and deliveries.
• Willingness to work 4–4.5 clinical days per week with admin time.

Responsibilities

• Provide OB/GYN care to an established patient population.
• Collaborate with NP support and colleagues on patient care.
• Maintain hospital relationships for deliveries and surgical cases.
• Manage deliveries with an established patient population; approx. 25 deliveries per month.
• Collaborate with 2 OB/GYN physicians and NP support; APP handles routine follow-ups and exams.
• Leverage established hospital relationships for deliveries and surgical cases.
