Jackson Physician Search is assisting a thriving private Nephrology practice in New Mexico's Four Corners region to recruit a BE/BC nephrologist for outpatient care with leadership opportunities. You will join an experienced physician team with mentorship and a potential partnership track.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, strong volumes, and a starting base salary of $350,000 plus a $30,000 clinic director bonus, along with comprehensive benefits including sign-on and relocation

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible nephrologist
• Outpatient nephrology experience preferred
• Leadership potential and medical directorship interest a plus
