Job summary

Meridian Freight Solutions, LLC is seeking drivers for a 14‑hour shift schedule (2 days on, 2 days off) to haul Amazon loads with sleeper tractors and 53’ dry van trailers.

We offer weekly pay, full medical/dental/vision benefits, a 401(k) with enrollment in month one, and PTO. Equipment includes brand‑new sleeper cabs with automatic transmissions and Netradyne safety technology, plus 24/7 on‑road support.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A Commercial Driver License.
• Clean MVR, DOT Medical Card, and a good DAC/PSP report.
• Must successfully pass pre‑employment checks and a drug screen.
• Ability to use handheld technology and smartphone apps.
• Ability to work 14‑hour shifts while driving a Class A tractor with a 53’ dry van trailer and intermodal containers.

Responsibilities

• Drive 14‑hour shifts on a 2 days on / 2 days off schedule to be back home with family.
• Haul Amazon loads using 53’ dry van trailers with sleeper tractors; no touch freight.
• Follow route from Home Yard through drops and hooks, with an 11‑hour max drive per day.
• Maintain safety and compliance using modern safety tech and 24/7 logistics software.

Your Schedule

• Run 14‑hour shifts, 2 days on and 2 days off – we want you back home with family.

• Route: Home Yard → 11 hr max drive (drop & hook) → 10 hr reset → 11 hr max drive → Back to Home Yard.

What we do

We haul Amazon loads using state‑of‑the‑art Amazon‑branded tractors. Our 100% no‑touch freight includes no scanners, tarps, or straps. We Drop & Hook without using doubles, triples, or HAZMAT. Safety is a priority, and our trucks are equipped with modern safety technology to ensure compliance at every level while delivering from warehouse to warehouse.

What you need

• Ability to use handheld technology and smartphone apps.
• Ability to work 14‑hour shifts while driving a Class A tractor with a 53’ dry van trailer and intermodal containers, driving up to 11 hours per day (night shift).
