Starling Chevrolet is looking to hire a Service BDC Representative for our busy dealership who will be responsible for setting up service appointments, answering inbound service calls, and most importantly the initial impression new customers have of the dealership. Responsibilities of Service BDC Representative:

1. Give new customers a great initial impression of the dealership
2. Responsible for receiving incoming service calls
3. Schedule service appointments for customers in our service department
4. Respond to and follow up on all customer Internet inquiries via email
5. Make follow-up calls to customers
6. Interact with customers as well as with all dealership departments

Qualifications / Requirements for Service BDC Representative:

1. Prefer 2 years of experience in a high-volume Service call center
2. Must be friendly and have a positive, professional attitude
3. Must like talking on the phone and answering customers' questions about our extensive line of products
4. Exceptional written and oral communication skills
5. Great organizational skills
6. The ability to multi-task, follow direction, be open to change, work effectively under pressure, and positively defuse negative situations with customers
7. Committed to customer service and satisfaction
8. Professional, well-groomed appearance
9. Candidates must be reliable and must report to work every day on time
10. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident
11. Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen
