Paradex seeks a Business Development Associate to expand DeFi services across Asia, with base in Korea. You will manage relationships with institutional clients, onboard and educate them on Paradex features, and drive new opportunities while coordinating with Engineering, Product, QA, and Compliance.

Responsabilités

Business Development Associate

As a Business Development Lead/Country Manager based in Korea, you’ll be instrumental in scaling our businesses, leveraging your familiarity with the derivatives space and crypto ecosystem to enhance our client relations and market presence across the Country.

What You’ll Do:

• Client Relationships : Serve as the primary point of contact for both new and existing institutional clients, managing the full relationship lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing engagement.

• Business Development : Proactively drive new business opportunities and expand existing relationships across Asia, tailoring your approach to meet client needs and introducing them to new Paradigm features.

• Client Onboarding and Education : Conduct onboarding sessions to educate clients on product features and workflows, and address any technical queries.

• Reporting and Coordination : Prepare and present detailed reports on client activity to management, and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams like Engineering, Product, QA, and Compliance.

• Professional Excellence : Uphold the highest standards of professionalism in all internal and external interactions.

What You Bring:

• Crypto Passion and Expertise: Deep understanding of the crypto landscape, derivatives, and sales & trading workflows. Experience in electronic trading is essential.
