This Kiln Operator role supports kiln operation, adjustment and maintenance under a Kiln Supervisor, while upholding core values of safety, integrity and quality.
You will perform tasks such as loading/unloading kiln cars, monitoring equipment, and ensuring housekeeping and safety standards. Regular attendance and overtime may be required.

Under the supervision of the Kiln Supervisor, this position is responsible for controlling, monitoring, adjusting, and maintaining the Kiln to ensure proper operation; and is responsible for supporting and demonstrating the Core Values of Integrity, Safety, Respect, Customer Focus, Quality, Innovation and Financial Success. Performs other related duties as assigned.
