The Opportunity

As a BCM - Assurance - Digital Assets Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing independent and objective assessments of financial statements and internal controls, enhancing the credibility and reliability of information for a variety of stakeholders. Within our Assurance practice, you will focus on evaluating compliance with regulations, assessing governance, and risk management processes. This role involves obtaining reasonable assurance about the accuracy of financial statements and issuing reports that reflect the auditor's perspective.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. With your growing knowledge of business operations, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.   • Overseeing the planning, budgeting, and execution of audit projects to meet client service expectations
  • Collaborating with team leadership to maintain quality and timelines for deliverables
  • Addressing conflicts and engaging in difficult conversations with clients and stakeholders to resolve issues
  • Upholding professional and technical standards, including compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS)
What You Must Have
  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 4 years of experience
  • At least one of the following: an active CPA License

  • Preference for a Bachelor's degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting
  • Possessing knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

Current Salary Range

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $252,450. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $297,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
