Job summary

The Behavior Doc is seeking BCBA clinical supervisors to deliver intensive, data-driven treatment for clients with autism, primarily in our Charlottesville clinic. You will mentor RBTs and BCaBAs, oversee treatment planning and progress, and collaborate with doctoral-level staff to ensure quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, supervising staff, and maintaining strong communication with caregivers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) preferred.
• Must hold BCaBA or BCBA certification through BACB.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Virginia is required.
• 1–2 years of related experience or equivalent.
• 110–120 billable hours per month.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive, data-driven treatment to clients with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Train and provide feedback to BCaBA and RBT staff and caregivers.
• Manage a small caseload of 5–8 clients with in-home support weekly.
• Conduct adaptive, functional and skill assessments to inform treatment plans.

Location: Must be physically present at our clinic facility in Charlottesville, VA 4-days per week.

The Behavior Doc The Behavior Doc is a behavior analyst owned and managed agency with doctorate level analysts on staff. Position Overview

BCBA clinical supervisors will provide intensive, data-driven treatment to clients with autism and developmental disabilities within the clinic and home settings. Analysts will be responsible for providing on-going training and feedback to our BCaBA and RBT level staff, as well as caregivers. They will manage a small caseload of 5-8 clients, allowing for adequate in-home support on a weekly basis. Employees in this role are responsible for conducting adaptive behavior assessments, functional assessments as well as skill assessments to be included in our client’s individual treatment plans with guidance from our skilled doctorate-level staff. Additional requirements are to routinely evaluate program effectiveness, make modifications as needed, as well as establish positive relationships with our providers, caregivers, and outside stakeholders. Our clinical supervisors must be detailed oriented, and strong in the areas of data analysis, leadership, and communication.

Job Qualifications

• Education: Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (preferred)
• Certification: Must hold the BCaBA or BCBA certification through the BACB
• Licensure: Must be a licensed behavior analyst (LBA) in Virginia
• Experience: 1-2 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Contract Requirements: 110-120 billable hours per month
• Hours of Operation: Monday - Thursday, 8:30am-5:00pm; Friday: 8:30am - 1:30pm
