Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in the United States is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid role. You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop ABA treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with families to drive meaningful progress.

The position emphasizes remote work with one required in-person visit per month. Licensed BCBAs or those willing to obtain Nebraska licensure are encouraged to apply; supervision, documentation, and ethical practice are core

Qualifications

• Eligible for Nebraska licensure or willing to obtain licensure.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout Nebraska. This is a hybrid position, allowing clinicians to work primarily remotely while completing one required in-person visit per month.
