Job summary

BK Behavior in the United States seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services to children and families. This hybrid position allows remote work with one required in-person visit per month in Nebraska.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful clinical progress while maintaining compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Nebraska licensure or willingness to obtain.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA Hybrid Nebraska We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA to provide Applied Behavior Analysis ABA services to children and families throughout Nebraska This is a hybrid position allowing clinicians to work primarily remotely while completing one required in person visit per month In this role you will conduct behavioral assessments develop treatment plans supervise behavior technicians and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful clinical progress

Compensation

Up to 80hourRates are negotiable based on experience
