Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in Nebraska seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services to children and families. This hybrid role requires one in-person visit per month, with most work conducted remotely.

You will perform behavioral assessments, design treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to drive meaningful progress. Nebraska licensure or willingness to obtain is required; a Master’s degree in a related field is preferred.

BCBA | We Built This Job With BCBAs in Mind

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout Nebraska. This is a hybrid position, allowing clinicians to work primarily remotely while completing one required in-person visit per month.

In this role, you will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful clinical progress.

Responsibilities

  • Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs

Qualifications
  • Eligible for or currently holding Nebraska behavior analyst licensure (or willingness to obtain)
  • Master\'s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
Compensation
  • Up to $80/hour
  • Rates are negotiable based on experience
  • Hybrid position with only one required in-person visit per month
  • No minimum or maximum caseload requirements
  • No non-compete agreements
