Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in the United States is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services with a hybrid work model.

The role requires Nebraska licensure or eligibility, a Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field, and experience with autism or developmental disabilities. Ninety percent of work can be remote, with one mandatory in-person visit per month to maintain clinical oversight and collaboration with families.

Qualifications

• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout Nebraska. This is a hybrid position, allowing clinicians to work primarily remotely while completing one required in-person visit per month.

In this role, you will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful clinical progress.

Compensation

• Up to $80/hour
• Rates are negotiable based on experience
• Hybrid position with only one required in-person visit per month
