Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services in Nebraska. This hybrid role requires one in-person visit per month while the rest of the work can be performed remotely.

You will assess behavior, design and oversee treatment plans, and supervise technicians to ensure meaningful progress for children and families. Eligible for Nebraska licensure (or willingness to obtain), with a Master’s in a relevant field and prior ABA experience

Qualifications

• Nebraska licensure for behavior analyst or willingness to obtain it.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout Nebraska. This is a hybrid position, allowing clinicians to work primarily remotely while completing one required in-person visit per month.

Compensation

• Up to $90/hour
• Rates is negotiable based on experience
• Hybrid position with only one required in-person visit per month
• No minimum or maximum caseload requirements
