Job summary

Brightstone Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in McDonough, GA to lead ABA services across partner childcare centers. The role emphasizes real-world application of ABA within natural environments and collaboration with educators and staff.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and design individualized behavioral interventions.
• Provide ABA services and behavioral consultation within childcare centers.
• Supervise and train RBTs.
• Coach childcare staff to promote classroom-wide success.
• Support children with ASD and other developmental challenges in inclusive settings.
