Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is actively seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver remote ABA services to children and families across multiple states. You will conduct assessments, create and oversee treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and partner with caregivers to drive meaningful progress.

The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, no caseload limits, and no non-compete agreements, with a dedicated BCBA Success Manager to support clinical excellence.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
