Job summary

Nucleus Healthcare is seeking a dedicated BCBA/LBA to join our partner's clinical team in Prince George's County, MD. This role emphasizes supervision, parent support, and treatment quality, with primary BCBAs overseeing case management while you focus on mentoring RBTs and coaching families.

The position is full-time, in-home and primarily in-person, with telehealth permissions for up to 50-60% of required billables.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Active Maryland LBA required.
• Experience supervising RBTs in home-based ABA settings.
• Strong clinical decision-making and coaching skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Conducting in-person supervision for assigned clients.
• Providing monthly parent training sessions.
• Supporting treatment implementation and ensuring clinical excellence.
• Collaborating with primary BCBAs and RBTs to promote client progress.
• Offering in-session coaching and guidance to clinical staff.
