Job summary

Point Quest Group in Sacramento seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical oversight, develop BIPs, and support students with diverse behavioral needs.

You will conduct assessments, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and school teams to implement behavioral plans in a collaborative, mission-driven environment. Strong data skills and professional credentials are essential.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and BACB standards compliance.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance as applicable by state.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs for students.
• Oversee RBTs and ensure fidelity of ABA implementation.
• Collect, analyze behavioral data to drive decisions.
• Collaborate with families and school teams to support goals.
• Provide training on behavior strategies and interventions.
