Job summary

Action Behavior Centers (ABC) is seeking a BCBA leader to oversee clinical teams in our Texas locations, including Rowlett. You will develop treatment plans, mentor RBTs, and collaborate with families to drive meaningful progress for children with autism.

The role offers a strong compensation package up to $120,000 yearly, with uncapped bonuses and a clear leadership track from BCBA to Senior Clinical Director and beyond. Remote work options exist with a flexible schedule and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience supervising RBTs and mentoring therapists.
• Strong leadership and communication skills in a multi-center ABA practice.

Responsibilities

• Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging.
• Supervise and Mentor RBTs to support consistent, high-quality care.
• Collaborate with Families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth.
• Deliver Evidence-Based Therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment.
