Action Behavior Centers is seeking a BCBA to lead therapy teams in Charlotte, NC. You will develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and partner with families to set goals and track progress through evidence-based ABA in a supportive, play-focused setting.

The compensation package ranges from $84,500 to $119,000 annually, with bonuses and long-term ownership potential based on center performance and mentorship responsibilities.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification or eligibility is required for this role.
• Experience supervising RBTs is preferred.
• Ability to develop clinically sound treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging.
• Supervise and Mentor RBTs to support consistent, high-quality care.
• Collaborate with Families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth.
• Deliver Evidence-Based Therapy in a play-focused environment.
