Job summary

Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism seeks a BCBA to lead clinical teams and supervise RBTs in a fast-growing center. Develop treatment plans, mentor staff, and collaborate with families to track progress.

We offer a compensation package from $84,500 to $119,000 annually, uncapped bonuses, sign-on up to $10,000, relocation support, and extensive professional growth opportunities through leadership tracks and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising RBTs and guiding therapy teams.
• Ability to develop and adjust treatment plans.
• Strong communication with families and caregivers.
• Leadership experience in ABA settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging
• Supervise and Mentor RBTs to support consistent, high-quality care
• Collaborate with Families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth
• Deliver Evidence-Based Therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment
