Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical teams at our Austin centers, delivering high-quality ABA therapy for autism. You will oversee treatment planning, supervise RBTs, and mentor staff to ensure compassionate, evidence-based care.

You will partner with families to set goals, monitor progress, and celebrate client growth while advancing clinical quality and staff development in a dynamic, patient-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification and be eligible for state licensure.
• Experience supervising RBTs and leading ABA therapy teams.
• Strong ability to develop treatment plans and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging
• Supervise and Mentor RBTs to support consistent, high-quality care
