Job summary

Nucleus Healthcare is hiring a BCBA in Jacksonville, NC. This clinic-based role requires overseeing behavior-analytic services, guiding treatment plans, and supervising RBTs.

The position supports home, community, and center work, with a structured schedule and flexible remote day after meeting billable metrics. Applicants should hold BCBA licensure with a master’s or doctoral degree in psychology/ABA and experience in ABA assessments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and interpret skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction assessments while prioritizing safety and medical necessity.
• Create individualized, evidence-based goals and behavior plans that actually work in real life – home, community, and center.
• Train, support, and advocate for your RBTs.
• Provide meaningful, socially valid family guidance to your clients’ caregivers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other service providers across a variety of therapeutic disciplines to create a comprehensive treatment team for your client.
• Pitch in with anything else that helps the team thrive!

Job Title

• BCBA

Salary

• Total annual compensation can range from $85,000-$102,000, bonuses included
• Annual Base Salary: $85,000-$95,000 per year
• Bonus Potential: Up to $12,600 per year in billable-based bonus potential

Schedule

• 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday
• 1 work-from-home day per week is permitted after billable requirement has been met

Setting

• Primarily clinic-based

Caseload Size

• Average of 5 clients per BCBA
• 20% supervision is encouraged for each client

Billable Requirement

• 25 hours/week
