Job summary

Pho Prime, LLC located in Atascocita, Texas, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver clinic-based ABA services for patients and families. Responsibilities include developing individualized treatment plans, supervising treatment implementation, and conducting assessments.

Applicants must hold a Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis and a valid BCBA license in Texas. The position offers a compensation range of $80,000 - $90,000 per year, medical and dental benefits, and 28 days of paid time off annually.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years working with children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinic-based ABA services to EBH patients and families.
• Supervise implementation of treatment protocols.
• Conduct assessments and write individualized behavior programs.
• Develop and update treatment plans according to best practices.
• Evaluate and report patient progress towards treatment goals.
