Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in ABA (or related field) and BCBA certification.
• Experience or strong interest in mentoring staff and families.
• Passion for working with individuals with IDD.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy and supervise staff/team members.
• Design and implement positive behavior support plans.
• Coach RBTs and ensure high-quality client outcomes.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team for integrated care.
