BK Behavior seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services across North Carolina in a hybrid role combining in-home, supervision, and remote clinical duties. Flexible full-time or part-time options are available with strong clinical support and long-term career growth.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, supervising technicians, tracking progress, training caregivers, and ensuring compliance with ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Eligible for or currently holding North Carolina licensure.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing treatment programs
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – North Carolina (Hybrid)

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout North Carolina. This is a hybrid position with a combination of in-home services, supervision, and remote clinical responsibilities.
