Kidology, Inc. is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the Philadelphia area to lead ABA programming, conduct assessments, design behavior plans, and supervise BHTs/RBTs.

The role focuses on play-based, family-centered approaches and real-world outcomes for children with autism and developmental delays. Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• ABA experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to provide in-field services throughout Philadelphia.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support ABA team members.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans.
