Job summary

Ruby ABA is seeking a dedicated BCBA to lead evidence-based programming and supervise RBTs, while guiding families and coordinating with external providers. The role emphasizes data-driven progress, ongoing client assessment, and collaborative care within a close-knit team

You will conduct intake and reassessments, develop discharge plans, and uphold professional BACB standards in a dynamic pediatric setting in Ohio. Competitive compensation is offered with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

  • Must be a BCBA accredited by the BACB or sitting for the BCBA exam within one month.
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willing to undergo a background check.
  • Possession of a dependable vehicle and valid driver’s license for commuting to clients’ homes.
  • Experience using ABA techniques with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement evidence-based, hierarchical programming rooted in data analysis and progress monitoring.
  • Provide direct and indirect training and supervision to RBTs managing patient caseloads.
  • Offer direct and indirect family guidance crucial for program effectiveness.
  • Foster regular communication with all members of the treatment team.
  • Collaborate with external service providers beyond Ruby ABA.
  • Review data and convey findings to the team.
  • Maintain professional boundaries per BACB guidelines.
  • Conduct initial intake assessments and periodic reassessments.
  • Develop discharge and transition plans for children under care.
