As a BCBA, you will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to improve client outcomes while maintaining ethical and regulatory

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
